Collection of technical data

The website is hosted by Netlify. As is standard for web services, the hosting provider processes HTTP requests sent to the server. Technical information may include:

• the public IP address of the device sending the request,
• the date and time of the request,
• the HTTP method and URL of the requested resource,
• the HTTP response code and number of bytes transferred,
• the previously visited page, if this information was provided,
• information about the browser, operating system, or device type,
• information about errors encountered while handling the request.

We do not combine server log data with correspondence or other information to identify individual visitors.

Use and retention of technical data

Technical data is processed to deliver the website, maintain its security, diagnose errors, and administer the service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes, in accordance with the hosting provider's retention rules and applicable legal requirements. We do not maintain a separate, indefinite archive of visitor logs. Data may be accessed by authorized persons and technical service providers acting under appropriate agreements.

Email and telephone contact

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data provided in your message or during the call to respond to your inquiry and continue the correspondence. Providing this data is voluntary but may be necessary for us to respond.

Where the contact concerns entering into or performing a contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, it is based on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, maintaining business relationships, and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not treat the act of sending a message itself as consent for other purposes, particularly marketing.

We retain the data until the matter is concluded and then only for as long as required by legal obligations, documentation of a concluded contract, or the limitation period for potential claims. Recipients may include email and IT service providers and entities authorized by law.

Cookies and browser storage

The Infinopt website does not use analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies. We do not profile visitors or share information about their activity with advertising networks. Technical data in hosting logs is processed independently of cookies.

We use only necessary local browser storage to record that a visitor dismissed the privacy notice. The entry is named infinopt-cookie-notice-v1 and contains no personal data. It can be removed through the browser settings.

Your rights

To the extent provided by the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy,
• rectify or erase data or restrict its processing,
• data portability, where applicable,
• object to processing based on a legitimate interest,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Office.
